Since the 90’s, Linda Barker has been an influential name in the world of interiors, on BBC’s Changing Rooms and ITV’s 60 minute makeover. But recently, the much-loved British designer has ventured into the world of retail. From designing sofas for DFS, to creating wallpaper for Crown, she’s recently announced a brand-new interior accessories range designed to create a stylish and comfortable space.

So, if you feel like changing up your rooms, read on for a stylish sneak peek of her self-titled collection, available exclusively at fabrics, blinds and curtains retailer, Terry’s.

What will the range include?

With patterns printed on plush velvet and cotton fabrics, the collection will be available in a range of soft furnishings including roman and roller blinds, curtains and cushions. As well as being inspired by the designer’s vision, all pieces are bespoke and made-to-order.

Linda Barker’s unique designs will include:

  • Dottie’s Love: a fruity berry print
  • Octavia’s Tangle: a bold floral print
  • Ursula’s Vine: an intricate leaf print

Patterns are brought to life in colours including deep blues and punchy greens, sun-drenched ochre and feminine blush pink too.

Inspired by her own English country garden, the brand new collection incorporates Linda’s favourite patterns with a bold colour palette. Moreover, the range will feature timeless floral and botanical prints, inspired by this season’s biophilic trend.

On the launch of her collection, she said: “My Field and Flower collection of fabrics reflects both my passion for nature and of interior decoration. In my long career there have been patterns and colour palettes that I come back to time and time again and this collection is really an accumulation of some of my favourite combinations.”
