Grand Designs Live returns to NEC Birmingham from 5-9 October 2022. The leading self-build and renovation event is packed with advice, inspiration, architects, kitchen and bathroom specialists and more to help you start, finish or perfect your home improvements project.
New this year is the Interiors Theatre. Running in partnership with The House of Upcycling, the theatre offers up to six talks a day covering topics from energy efficient interior design to rental decor tips and even upcycling demos. 1. Psychology of Colour
5 October, 12pm
Interior stylist and colour consultant Sarah Twigg Doyle, founder of ReTwiggd, takes to the stage to discuss the power of colour psychology in tailoring the right palette for you. Rather than starting from scratch, Sarah’s approach is to creatively mix old and new, displaying collected treasures in an imaginative way to tell the stories of your home.
