Celebrate the heatwave with this quintessentially British Pimms cocktail

From throwing Wimbledon-themed parties to picnics in the park, there’s no better way to celebrate the British summer time than with your family, friends and a jug of the nation’s most iconic fruity cocktail.
Follow this super quick and easy recipe to make sure you’re always on time for Pimms o’clock.

Ingredients
- Pimm’s No.1 (25% ABV)
- 600ml lemonade
- 6 x sliced strawberries
- 4 x orange wheels
- 4 x slices of cucumber
- 2 x sprigs of mint
Method
- Fill 1.5l Pimm’s jug halfway up with ice cubes
- Pour in 200ml Pimm’s No.1
- Pour in 600ml lemonade
- Add strawberries, orange & cucumber and stir
- Top with a sprig of mint and serve with a Pimm’s stirrer
