Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 50g popping corn kernels
- Your choice of icing sugar, salt, honey or butter
Method
- Quarter-fill a large heavy-based pan with a tight-fitting lid with1tbsp sunflower oil and up to 50g of popping corn kernels.
- Cook with the lid on over an open fire until the kernels start to ‘pop’ and burst out of their skins.
- Once the popping slows down, pour into a large bowl. Sprinkle with icing sugar, salt, drizzled honey or butter – you choose!
