It’s here! The Ideal Home Show Christmas is BACK
Looking for the ideal Christmas day out?
Well, there’s good news for home interiors fans looking for some festive cheer – The Ideal Home Show Christmas kicked off today, and visitors are enjoying a dazzling array of festive finds.
From sparkling decorations and stylish gifts to the latest interior trends and delicious holiday treats – there’s something for everyone.
The showstopping event is taking place now at London Olympia until December 1st and, this year, there’s an exciting, extra magical feature – the first ever Ideal Christmas Home.
The life-sized home is the centrepiece of this year’s show and features unique fully furnished rooms by some of the UK’s independent brands and beloved household names.
Visitors can walk through exquisitely designed, fully furnished rooms, each brimming with the latest seasonal trends and Christmas decor.
The kitchen, dining and living rooms have been styled by Laura Ashley and the Hallway decorated by Not On The High Street.
Plus, those visiting can celebrate the season in the New Year’s Eve party-inspired games room, followed by a restorative glass of fizz at the Champagne Bar – delightful!
Other highlights to look out for include the new Ideal Christmas Handmade Village where shoppers will find a selection of championed small businesses selling perfect stocking fillers.
Foodies will also love The Eat & Drink Festival, with a variety of street food delights, curated drinks from mixologists and unique artisan gifts in The Christmas Market.
This year’s celebrities and experts include renowned British designer and ceramicist, co-judge of The Great Pottery Throw Down, Keith Brymer Jones; David Domoney, a chartered Horticulturist and co-presenter of gardening show ITV’s Love Your Garden; highly decorated and formidable judge on Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals, Cherish Finden; finalist of BBC Interior Design Masters, Matt Smith Wood – and many more.
Visitors can also get into the festive spirit and have the chance to gain new skills by booking specialist workshops.
From learning the art of wreath making with natural materials, discovering a unique selection of wines through a guided tasting journey with a wine tasting class to learning to craft handmade Christmas decorations – there’s plenty to keep you entertained.
Ideal Home Show Christmas is on NOW, Wednesday 27th November to Sunday 1st December, 10am to 5pm, at Olympia London.
