When it comes to getting the most out of your space, built-in furniture trumps freestanding designs hands down. Made bespoke, it really is the best way to use up every spare inch, so that you can keep the rest of your room organised and clutter-free.
However, built-in furniture has a bit of a bad rap when it comes to forward-thinking interiors, simply because it doesn’t offer the same creative flair in design and finishes that freestanding pieces do.
