A monochrome palette has always been a popular choice for bathrooms, but this classic scheme has been taken up a level with the introduction of on-trend matt-black brassware, smoked glass shower screens and, tiles in the deepest of browns, midnight blue and charcoal. Add a few key pieces to vamp up a white or neutral palette, or for a dramatic effect, go all-out with a dark, theatrical design.
