The new service, which will be included as part of Wickes’ offering moving forward, is a perfect option during lockdown, or as a new solution for those who are unable to access their local store with ease.
As we all adapt to the new normal, customers will be able to request their appointment from the comfort of their home, via the Wickes website, or via phone. Once confirmed, a local design consultant will be on hand every step of the way, from arranging the virtual, face-to-face session, to providing inspiration, advice, and guiding through the design process.

Samples can also be requested to allow you to get the look and feel, and during the virtual call, the design consultant will be able to provide a full walk through of the showroom to bring the offering to life. Leading 3D software will also be used to showcase your bespoke design, with screen share functionality allowing for both the you and the design consultant to make any changes together.
Wickes is the latest in a line of interior businesses to offer virtual services during lockdown.
