Could you tell us a bit about your career so far?

I have been in fashion for over 15 years since graduating from Central St Martins in Fashion Print. I launched my label after having my second daughter approximately two years ago. I felt there was a gap in the market for contemporary colourful womenswear clothing. It all started with the rainbow sequin skirt and the rest as they say is history!

What made you want to get into interiors?

There is a really strong connection between colour and print and interiors. I think all my surface designs lend themselves really well to interiors with many requests from customers, friends and family to develop interiors. I like the fact that a lot of customers can buy into the brand through this Etsy collaboration.

For you, is the relationship between fashion and interiors a natural one?

Yes for sure. It felt like a natural evolution for the brand to work with Etsy on this range. My prints look super strong on a variety of homeware items from notebooks to lights. It shows the versatility of my prints and the power of colour.

Why did you want to collaborate with Etsy?

Etsy have such a personable feel and working directly with each lovely seller on each item that they have such expertise in meant we could really bring all my ideas to life while retaining their identities as Etsy sellers.

What inspired the new collection?

Rainbows and the happy vibes are the core of inspiration for this range. We want to bring light and positivity into the home; special pieces that make you smile. We have exposed bright bold stripes which have become a signature for the brand as well as more subtle pastel ombre cushions.

What is your favourite piece from the collection?

Each product has its own unique edge so it would be impossible to pick just one! From the Christmas inspired scents and printed packaging of the Hopscotch candles, Kate Chester’s tie dye coasters / placemats and Febbie Day’s ceramic cups, to Spark and Bell’s colourful lighting, Lucy Says I Do’s cards and notebook, Helen Rebecca Ceramics’ travel mugs and Sami Couper’s ombré cushions. I can’t wait to have it all in my home! I loved working with all the sellers.
