1. Mulled Negroni
This Mulled Negroni recipe, great for impressing friends or for enjoying during a cosy night in.
Ingredients
- 25ml CAMPARI
- 25ml Cinzano Rosso
- 25ml Gin
- 50ml red wine
- 50ml water
- Cinnamon sticks
To garnish:
- Clove-studded orange wedges
Method
- Heat all of the ingredients in the pan
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a clove-studded orange wedge.

2. Hazelnut Negroni
This Negroni is perfect for those who have a slightly sweeter tooth as the Frangelico provides a nutty noisette, cocoa and vanilla notes to balance the bitter orange notes from the CAMPARI.

What could be more festive than the combination of chocolate and orange? This Negroni is the perfect balance of bittersweet flavours and is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Better still, with only four ingredients and no overly complicated garnish, it is the ideal cocktail to make for those larger Christmas parties.
Ingredients
- 25ml CAMPARI
- 25ml Grand Marnier
- 25ml Cinzano Roso
- Chocolate bitters (to taste)
