When is the coronation?
The coronation of King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla will be held at Westminster Abbey on Saturday 6 May 2023 at 11am. Celebrations will continue throughout the weekend, including on bank holiday Monday 8 May. On Sunday, neighbours and communities are being encouraged to share food and fun together as part of The Coronation Big Lunch, while the Coronation Concert will take place in the evening. On the Monday, people are encouraged to get involved in local volunteering opportunities in the Big Help Out.
