Leading wood burning stove manufacturer Contura has teamed up with Good Homes to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a wood burning stove worth up to £1,895.
Our home should be a sanctuary, and a crackling fire can inject atmospheric warmth into any space. Gathering around a glowing stove with friends and family is the perfect way to enjoy quality time in the colder months, taking in the smells, sounds and sight of the logs and flames.
Designed and assembled in Markaryd, Sweden, Contura stoves are known for their timeless design, efficiency and high quality. They are also certified Ecodesign to meet all stove requirements and DEFRA Clean Air Act Exempt, meaning they are approved for installation in Smoke Controlled Areas.
The lucky winner can choose a stove that fits their needs – from the TV effect of the Contura i7 cassette stove, which can be inserted flush into a chimney breast, a more classic fireplace stove such as the Contura i5, or a modern spin on a traditional stove from the minimalist-style Contura 300 collection.

Terms & Conditions
- This competition runs from 31 August to 28 September 2022.
- The promoter of this competition is Contura, whose registered office is at Skulptorvagen, SE-285 23, Markaryd, Sweden.
- The competition is open to all residents of mainland UK (excluding Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, and non-mainland Scotland).
- The winner’s contact details will be shared with Contura in order that the company can coordinate delivery of the prize.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- The prize is £1,895 worth of vouchers redeemable on select Contura stove models. If stove the model selected falls below the £1,895 value, the difference will be invalid (not paid as a refund by Contura).
- The prize is valid for one winner.
- Once the winner has been notified, Contura will supply a list of relevant dealerships across its UK network. The winner must make contact with the dealership directly.
- The prize excludes installation/labour costs, delivery costs, logs, cost of flue/chimney and any additional features.
- The winner is responsible for installation of the stove.
- Contura will not be held responsible for faulty installation.
- No refunds, exchanges or returns.
- Employees or families of Contura, Contura dealerships, Good Homes or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be eligible to enter the competition.
- The winner will be drawn at random by Good Homes and informed via email.
- The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- If the winner does not accept the prize within 14 days of being notified of winning, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Good Homes shall be entitled to select another winner.
- No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and Contura reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
