With the recent cold, snowy winter weather caused by Storm Darcy taking hold of the nation, Lidl has added a new addition to its Smart Home range to help keep savvy shoppers toasty whilst working from home – a new Smart ceramic fan heater for just £49.99!

Perfect for keeping you warm in the home office or makeshift workspace, this easy to use, clever radiator connects to the supermarket’s home automation system using Wi-Fi.

The Lidl Smart Home System can be controlled via your phone, remote control or synced to smart home assistants like Google Home, using your voice and, (more importantly) without having to leave the sofa.

Smart features

Other features include 3D air circulation to ensure even room temperatures, two heat settings and a timer function for added control.

What’s more, the appliance even doubles up as a fan, making it ideal for the British summer months too – however far away they may feel!
