The Contemporary Craft kitchen design is a nod towards the classic English kitchen style with a simple, no fuss approach.
The Shaker style doors and wooden worktop, supplied by Philip Morrison Interiors, are complemented perfectly by the soft grey walls and natural wood furniture and accessories.
The open shelving works well in all kitchen designs and provides the perfect setting for displaying stylish crockery or glassware, cookery books, storage jars and indoor plants and herbs.
The geometric patterned floor, supplied by Walls and Floors, adds a contemporary twist, while the wall clock by Newgate, pendant light by BHS and dining table from Loaf, with its simple form and steel legs, add an industrial feel.
The mustard velvet armchair, also from Loaf, creates a calming rest space in the kitchen with the bespoke linen leopard print cushion from Simone Olivia adding another pattern into the mix.
The utensils and handcrafted wooden bowls from Ian Snow have been chosen for their rustic charm.

Pastel pink kitchen
Image: Chris Moore
The Millennial pink trend is showing no signs of slowing down, the versatile colour looks just as good in a bedroom with soft textures as it does in a typically more practical situation mixed with polished concrete.
Our ‘Modern Pink’ kitchen is a design which brings together soft pastel colours and modern lines.
The walls have been painted in Valspars ‘Dusky Sand’ shade of pink.
The pink velvet sofa from Tesco has been dressed with cushions and a throw which introduce more pastel colours into the scheme. Adding art, prints and posters is a great way to introduce new accent colours, like the large painting by Simone Olivia.
The wood effect tiles from Walls and Floors add warmth to the cooler pastel shades and tie in the rattan chairs by Cox and Cox.
The grey kitchen with its white Corian worktop, supplied by The Kitchen Store, adds the modern edge to the space, with the island acting as a separator between the kitchen and living area.
