For some, part of creating a truly magical Christmas is having a real tree to decorate, but of course, buying a real tree every festive season can be an unwanted expense at an already expensive time of year.

Ikea's big idea to tackle this is to offer a real Christmas tree for £9 - well, sort of... In order to take advantage of the deal, you need to purchase an Abies Nordmanniana tree between 21st November and 24th December 2019. After you buy a tree, you'll be issued with a £20 voucher that you can spend at participating Ikea stores between 13th January to 23rd February 2020.

It's the perfect way to buy an affordable tree and give future-you a little treat for the New Year.

Here's a few ideas of what you could spend your £20 voucher on.
