Design

Portfolio Home’s extensive bedding collection is made up of a wide variety of on-trend, modern designs which are all reversible offering a complementary colour or pattern. The colours and patterns match the online images exactly and the printing had no flaws when it arrived; it’s all designed in the UK, too, which is great for sustainability.

The button fastening is a sign of good quality and exceptional value for money – plastic button press studs can often break off or melt when washed or dried – definitely a plus.

These are made from a polycotton blend (48% cotton, 52% polyester) which makes them low maintenance. Each item was washed before use, and dried either naturally or in the tumble dryer with no need for ironing as the items were crease-free.

The fabric has a good proportion of natural fibre which makes it soft to touch and of a good quality. This ticks the box that it’s better for the environment, as well not shrinking when washed and providing extra comfort during sleep as it’s breathable.

The double and king-size bedding were true to size and a great fit, as were the pillowcases.
